The problem

Most construction companies run on twelve tools and a group chat.

Numbers live in one place. Schedules in another. Hours on paper. Nobody agrees on what a job actually cost until it is over.

  • Spreadsheets
  • Text threads
  • Whiteboard
  • Paper tickets
  • Email chains
  • The guy who knows
The answer

One system instead

One place for the money, the jobs, the crew and the hours. Every cost code ties back to a job. Every hour ties back to a phase. You open one screen and you know where you stand.

The platform

Four modules. One system.

Everything an owner has to run, in one place. Change something in the field and the money side already knows.

Agents

Agents don't assist. They do the work.

They run on your data every night and every hour. You read what they did, and step in when something needs a human.

Codes the invoices

Reads every bill, splits it across jobs, assigns the cost code and posts it. You review the exceptions, not the stack.

budget-agentRunning

Watches the budgets

Tracks actuals against the estimate by phase. When a line runs hot, the PM hears about it that day, not at closeout.

One source of truth.

The company

We didn't learn construction from a case study.

One Stop Design & Build is a construction company in Atlanta. We built this system for ourselves because nothing on the market handled the money and the jobsite in the same place.

It ran our own jobs, our own payroll and our own books before it was ever sold to anyone. Every screen exists because somebody here needed it on a Tuesday morning.
